West Plains, MO. – An old favorite Halloween-based event in West Plains Missouri is making its return, rising from the grave in a suitably undead fashion for the Holiday. It’s called “Scare on the Square”, and with the success of the recent Block Party event, the West Plains Downtown Revitalization group has decided to strike while the iron is hot and organized the upcoming celebration.
Organizers have stated that the event is free to attend, and those who come should expect a costume contest with prizes, a rock climbing wall, bounce houses, free hotdogs (courtesy of Annie’s Hotdogs), and a costume parade around the square to finish.

The event is set to happen on Halloween night, October 31st of 2022, from 5 to 7pm.
