Thayer Man Acquires Serious Injuries, Multiple Charges After Intoxicated Crash

Oregon County, MO. – A man from Thayer has been seriously injured  and is facing criminal charges involving a one-vehicle crash on Sunday, November 6th.

Noah Robertson, 22 of Thayer, MO, has charges including Driving While Intoxicated, Failure to Drive on the Right Half of the Roadway, No Insurance, Failure to Register a Vehicle, No Seat Belt, Exceeding the Speed Limit by 26mph or more, and having no Valid Drivers license after crashing his vehicle.

The crash occurred on Highway 19, South of Route A, according to the crash report. Robertson then, at roughly 8:50pm, crossed the center line, left the left side of the roadway, struck an embankment and a tree, and then overturned.

Robertson was transported to Ozarks Healthcare for treatment, and the 2006 Toyota Scion he was driving was totaled in the accident.

This accident was investigated by Trooper T.M. Broyles of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Troop G.
