West Plains, MO. – The city of West Plains announced on Wednesday that the online payment portal is now once again available to the public to use.
Cody Sanders with the City told us that “there will likely be a few problems here and there” as it’s a new system, but if you have troubles with it, you can call City Hall at 417-256-7176 for concerns.
