Patricia Mae Christopher, a resident of Pomona, passed away at her home on Friday, December 2, 2022. She was born March 29, 1946, to Calvin and Nancy (Bacon) Loughridge in St. James, Missouri and was 76 years old.
Patricia had completed her GED and found work throughout her life as a cook for both the Ridgeview school cafeteria and Willow Care Nursing Home. She faithfully attended Pomona Christian Church until her health started to decline. In 1962, she married Jerry Dean Christopher at that same church. In her free time, she enjoyed reading and taking care of children. She will be greatly missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Calvin and Nancy, and her brother, Bobbie Lee Williams.
She is survived by her husband, Jerry; her sister, Shirley Timms; her sons, Jerry, Randall, and Michael; her grandchildren: Tandi, Josi, Jenni, Kyndall, Kevin, and Emma; and her great grandchildren: C.J., Violet, Jackson, Jett, Evangeline, Rylee, River, and Rae.
A funeral service for Patricia will be held at 11:00 A.M., Monday, December 5, 2022, at the Pomona Christian Church. Interment will follow at the Dry Creek Cemetery. The family requests that any donations be given to the Kingdom Builders at Pomona Christian Church.
