Baxter County, AR. – A woman from Lakeview who was found guilty and arrested after stabbing her husband with a shard of glass, has been released on a time-served sentence.
Tricia Lynn Clark, 56, has been released from custody after being in jail for over eight months, following her arrest on February 20th of this year. Clark had stabbed her husband in the head with the broken piece of a mirror. Reports state she and her husband had been fighting since the early morning, and Clark had taken to punching the victim multiple times throughout the day before stabbing him.
When Clark was questioned, she is reported as becoming upset and stated she had no wish to prosecute her husband, that she was done talking, and tried to leave before being arrested.
Clark was arrested with 2nd Degree Domestic battery, and other charges related to resisting arrest.
