West Plains Taking Christmas Trees on Friday, Jan. 6th

West Plains, MO. – The City of West Plains will be taking citizens leftover Christmas trees free-of-charge on Friday, January 6th.

This service is available to those who live within city limits. In order to be added to the list, City hall at 256-7176 or Sanitation Dept. at 255-2330 to give your address. They’ll determine then what they can do for you.

Residents may also take their tree to the Solid Waste Transfer Station at 1851 Old Airport Road, between 7am and 4pm.
To have your trees picked up, all decorations must be removed from them beforehand.
