Willow Springs, MO. – Potential business owners seeking space in Willow Springs may utilize a new tool, thanks to a group of community volunteers.
A list was compiled by an informal group of community-minded individuals, civic leaders, and business owners. The list is available at Willow Springs City Hall, the Willow Springs Chamber of Commerce office, and through the Willow Springs Community Foundation at the Charles Ferguson Building.
The listing is available in an electronic copy through Google sheets or may be provided to property seekers as a PDF document via email delivery or a hard copy for pick up. Information on the commercial building inventory includes contact information for property owners, along with square footage, cost, and amenities as known.
Currently, there are twelve commercial properties available for lease along Main Street with rents ranging from $700 to $1,500 per month.
