Gassville, AR. – A man from Gassville, AR. has been arrested for his involvement in a fatal crash on February 10th.
The crash occurred on US Highway 62/412 near Gassville. According to the Probable Cause Affidavit, Jason Boisclair of Gassville caused the accident by crossing the center line and colliding with a second vehicle. The second vehicle then caught fire after overturning off of the highway.
The driver, Brandon Phillips, was seriously injured, and one passenger, Tapanga Maxwell, was killed in the accident. Boisclair was found to be intoxicated in the accident, with marijuana and Benzodiazepine being present in his system.
Boisclair was arrested on March 9th and posted a $10,000 bond for release.
