Ava, MO. – At 8:13 p.m. Tuesday night, the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office announced that the teen who had been missing since March 10, 2023, has been found.
Hailey Marie Terrell has been located and safely returned to Douglas County Sheriff’s Office.

At the time of this post, Jasmin N. Fleetwood-Terrill has not been arrested on the no-bond warrant that was issued on Monday out of Douglas County. According to online court documents, Fleetwood-Terrill is wanted in Christian County on a no-bond probation violation warrant and a warrant for her arrest has been requested in a Christian County case where she is accused of leaving the scene of an accident.
