West Plains, MO. – A Cabool man was arrested on Saturday afternoon by the Missouri State Highway Patrol on an outstanding warrant and other charges.
Trevor G. Pippin, age 29, was arrested in Texas County for a felony warrant for probation violation out of Wright County. Pippin was additionally charged with failure to register annually and felony possession of a controlled substance. The substance was a half-pound of marijuana.

According to the recently passed marijuana law in the state of Missouri, adults over the age of 21 can legally possess three ounces of marijuana for recreational use. Medical marijuana patients may have up to six ounces.
