Beverly Jo Schnell, 74 years, 6 months, 14 days old, passed away March 15, 2023 at home with family by her side.
Beverly was born August 31, 1948 in Toledo, Ohio to Paul Gayland and Marilyn Joanne (Ward) Myers.
She moved to California when she was 14 years old and graduated from Sunny Hills High School in 1966 in Fullerton, CA. On July 2, 1967 Beverly and Corwin “Reid” Schnell were united in marriage in Fullerton, CA and together were blessed with four children. Beverly worked as a CNA for many years but her favorite job was working as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Nursing Homes. She lived in California most of her life before moving to the Ozarks to be with her family. She enjoyed crafts such as painting ceramics and plastic canvas. Beverly also delighted in being outdoors and working in the yard. Most of all she loved watching her grand and great grandchildren play.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Douglas Myers.
Beverly is survived by her four children and their spouses; Jeff Schnell of Gaston, South Carolina, Kathy & Mark Hansen of Cabool, MO, Carl Schnell of Hemet, CA and Joanne & John Miller of Ava, MO; 10 grandchildren, Jason, Josh, Ashley, Brittany, Chynna, Melinda, Branden, Cameron, Damon and Bethany; eight great grandchildren and one-on-the-way; her siblings, Janet Hart, Randy Myers and Kimberly Myers; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Cremation services for Beverly, per her request, are being conducted by Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava, MO. The family will be celebrating her life at a later date.
