Zack Greinke allowed two runs while striking out four in five-and-one-third innings. Kyle Isbel and Salvador Perez were the lone batters to record a hit for Kansas City in the losing effort. The Royals begin the year oh-and-1. They return to the diamond tomorrow afternoon against Minnesota. Right-hander Jordan Lyles is slated to take the mound for Kansas City.
