Mountain Home, AR. – A Mountain Home man and his adult son are both facing rape charges. David White, Sr., age 75, and David White, Jr., age 41, have pled not guilty to the charges before the Baxter County Circuit Court.
The father is charged with sexual assault, sexual indecency with a child, and sexual grooming in Baxter County from an incident last July and two counts of rape and eight counts of sexual assault in Marion County, Arkansas from incidents beginning in 2007.

The son is charged with three counts of rape from November 2022. He was arrested in Illinois and recently extradited to Arkansas.
The father is currently out on a $150,000 bond, while the son remains in custody with a bond of $250,000.
