Ava, MO. – The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office recently released an announcement of a traffic stop they conducted on April 12th, which led to the arrest of the driver, Heather White, 42 of Vanzant, and a drug supplier shortly after.

This let to a search warrant being issued for a residence on County Road 523 where Brandon Locklear, 36 of Ava was arrested on Delivery and Possession charges. Roughly 24 grams of meth were confiscated from the residence. Locklear is known to be a prior offender.
