On May 4th, the Sheriff’s Office received a 9-1-1 hang-up from the Isabella area where the initial domestic assault was to have occurred. While on route to the location, Sheriff Martin spotted a vehicle from the previous domestic report and initiated a traffic stop. There he found the female victim driving and Perry in the passenger seat. The woman was bleeding from her mouth and face and told authorities that Perry had struck her in the face and mouth before dragging her across the ground. According to the probable cause statement, Perry had unlawfully entered her residence in Gainesville and forced the woman, some of her belongings, and her youngest child into his vehicle. Authorities photographed evidence at the Gainesville residence consistent with someone breaking in through a window.

Perry is charged with burglary, two charges of 1st-degree kidnapping, child kidnapping, endangering the welfare of a child, tamper or attempting to tamper with a victim, felony domestic assault, and misdemeanor domestic assault.

Perry is being held without bond in the Ozark County Jail.
