Caulfield Man Faces Criminal Charges After Friday Evening Crash

Caulfield, MO. – A man from Caulfield crashed his vehicle on the evening of June 2nd and is facing criminal charges as a result.

Alton Curtright, a 53-year-old Caulfield man, ran off of US Highway 160 just 2 miles West of Caulfield and struck a tree. His Dodge Dakota sustained minor damage, and Curtright himself only sustained minor injuries.

However, during investigation from Trooper Pruiett of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, it was found that Curtright was out of compliance of multiple laws, and is facing several charges. This includes: Misdemeanor Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While Revoked, No Insurance, Failure to Register Vehicle Annually, Failure to Display Certificate of Inspection, and Failure to Drive on the Right Half of the Roadway.

Curtright was taken to the Howell County Jail and has since been released.
