Kenny was born on May 6, 1966 in Van Nuys, California. During his career, he worked as a truck driver and had the opportunity to travel to over 900 places. Kenny was known for his kind heart, and enjoyed activities such as fishing, floating on the river, and spending time with his family.
Kenny is survived by his wife Stephanie Navarro-Kelly; daughter Hailee Kelly; daughter Cortnie Graner; son-in-law Blaine Graner; grandchildren Paislee and Parker Graner; sister Monica Minshall; brother Ryan Pavelich; sister Ashlee Smith; and ex-wife Sheila Kelly.
