Winona, MO. – An individual who lives in Shannon county is looking at over 30 criminal charges due to their sexual misconduct they committed toward someone under 14.
Earlier this month on July 6th, Dustin Johnston, a 40-year-old man from Winona, MO. was arrested by the Shannon County Sheriff’s Office and committed an interview pertaining to the investigation of sexual misconduct.
During the interview, Johnston is reported to have admitted to having engaged in a sexual relationship with a female at 12 years of age, and that his relationship included the exchange of gifts and money for sexual favors.
Johnston is looking at 12 counts of 1st Degree Statutory Rape or Attempted Statutory Rape, 12 counts of Statutory Sodomy or Attempted Statutory Sodomy, Deviate Sexual Intercourse with a Person Under 14 Years of Age, and 12 counts of 1st Degree Child Molestation.
