Tuesday morning crash injures three teens and a baby near Dora

West Plains, MO. – A late-night crash injured three teenagers and an infant, all from Drury, with two being airlifted to Springfield. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol report, the incident occurred at 12:50 a.m. on Route CC, six miles east of Dora on July 18, 2023.

A westbound Ford Focus driven by Addison Skains, age 18, traveled off the left side of the roadway and struck a tree. Skains and a 15-year-old female passenger suffered moderate injuries and were taken to Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains by ambulance. A second 15-year-old female and a baby boy under a year old suffered serious injuries and were transported by air ambulance to Cox South in Springfield for treatment.
