West Plains Country Club Ladies Assoc. raises $11,000 for Pregnancy Resource Center

West Plains, MO. – On Friday, August 25th, 2023, the West Plains Country Club Ladies Association held a 4-lady golf scramble. The tournament raised $11,000.00 for the Pregnancy Resource Center of West Plains.

The luau-themed tournament had 68 participants (17 teams of 4 ladies). In addition to the monetary donations, the participants donated $135 cash, new baby clothes, and diapers to the PRC’s Baby Boutique.  The Baby Boutique allows mothers to “shop” brand new items purchased with points they have earned within the center.

The Pregnancy Resource Center is a relatively new organization located in the Silver Springs Business Complex at 306 Davis Drive in West Plains. PRC has expanded to offer small group classes for new fathers as well. They will be celebrating their one-year anniversary this October.
