Friday night Willow Springs travelled to Salem to take on the Tigers with each team looking to earn their first win of the year.
The Tigers would control the 1st quarter, going up by 21 points; while Willow Springs would hold Salem to just 6 points in the 2nd quarter, and score a touchdown of their own. The Bears would build on the momentum, and score another touchdown early in the 3rd quarter, but Salem took over the game from that point on.
