Mountain Home, Arkansas – Baxter Health has announced the appointment of Natalie Amato as Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, she will oversee all aspects of human resources operations for the organization.
Natalie has been with Baxter Health for over a decade, serving in various human resources-related roles including Senior Human Resources Manager. She brings extensive experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development to her new position.
“Natalie’s deep knowledge of our organization, combined with her exceptional people skills, make her an ideal candidate for this role,” said Ron Peterson, President and CEO of Baxter Health. “We are confident that she will play a critical role in driving our human resources strategy forward.”
Natalie holds a Master of Business Administration and a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Saint Leo University in Saint Leo, Florida. She is also a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and has been an active Twin Lakes Human Resource Association member for many years. In her free time, Natalie enjoys all of the recreational activities the Twin Lakes area has to offer, whether it be hiking, fishing, or spending time with her family in the great Ozark outdoors.
