Rogersville, MO. – A Rogersville teen was killed in an ATV crash on Wednesday afternoon. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol report, the crash occurred at 3:15 p.m. on Santa Fe Road, two miles south of Rogersville.
A 16-year-old male was driving a Polaris RZR westbound when the vehicle traveled off the right side of the roadway, striking a tree and ejecting the driver. The teen was pronounced deceased at the scene of the crash by the Christian County Coroner.

Multiple accounts on social media have identified the teen as Landis Carr, a sophomore at Logan-Rogersville who participated in multiple athletic teams.
The school has postponed events scheduled for tonight in light of the tragedy.
