Pair Arrested for Burglary After Being Caught on Trail Cams

Mansfield, MO. – Two men from Mansfield have been arrested for burglary and stealing after performing the acts and being caught on trail cameras.

This case occurred on January 3rd, when Douglas County Deputies reported to a burglary call on U Highway. The owner of the residence claimed that over $25k in property was stolen from the residence, that it had happened on three separate occasions, and that trail camera footage caught the individuals.

Information on the whereabouts of the suspects was gained on January 4th, which led to deputies arresting the pair, with most of the missing property being recovered. The pair are identified as Bo Matney, 25 of Mansfield, and Dusten Pedersen, 44 of Mansfield.

Both men were arrested on three counts of Burglary and Stealing more than $25,000. Pedersen received a bond of $25,000, while Matney’s bond was placed at $100,000 due to a history of 10 previous stealing offenses and being on probation on a stealing charge.
