Cabool, MO. – A work truck driver was taken to a Springfield hospital on Tuesday following a crash in Douglas County. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol report, the crash occurred on MO 181, eight miles south of Cabool at 10:28 a.m.
A southbound International 7600 driven by David Williams, age 55 of Cabool, ran off the roadway and struck a total of four trees. The vehicle was totaled in the crash.

Williams suffered moderate injuries and was taken by air ambulance to Cox South Hospital in Springfield for treatment.
