Marshfield, MO. – A driver from Marshfield has been seriously injured after experiencing a multiple overturn crash over the weekend.
This crash took place in Webster County on Route DD, two miles east of Marshfield, MO. At 11:10am on Saturday, February 17th, Bobby Tharnish, a 67-year-old man from Marshfield, lost control of his vehicle, a Ford 500 due to a patch of ice. This caused Tharnish to travel off the right side of the road. The Ford struck both an embankment and a fence, as well as overturned multiple times in the crash, and was totaled.
Tharnish was inflicted with injuries listed as serious in severity, which led to his transport to Mercy Hospital for treatment.
