Ripley County – On Friday, March 29, 2024, a house fire was reported in the 800 block of Ripley County T-1, around Doniphan, MO.
The Ripley County Sheriff’s Department has confirmed that there was one fatality as a result of the fire. No name will be released at this time as either next of kin have not been notified, or investigations are ongoing. There has been no statement released on the cause of the house fire. The Ripley County Sheriff’s Department called in the Missouri Fire Marshall to assist in determining the point and source of origin for the blaze.
