The Kansas City Royals won the second game of their three-game series with the Baltimore Orioles 4-1 in Baltimore. Maikel [[ my-KELL ]] Garcia was 2-for-4, driving in three of the four Kansas City runs. Starting pitcher Alec Marsh was excellent. He went seven innings, allowing just one run on two hits with five strikeouts. Cole Irvin struggled in his 2024 debut for the O’s, going five innings and allowing four runs. The rubber match of the series is on Wednesday.
