Lana Snodgras, the Director of Communications for the West Plains R-VII School District, has been recognized with a state public relations award by the Missouri School Public Relations Association (MOSPRA). This recognition not only celebrates her contributions to the field of School PR but also acknowledges her mentorship.
With a tenure of 15 years as the Director of Communications for the West Plains R-VII School District, Lana Snodgras has been at the forefront of shaping communications and marketing initiatives. The accolade not only reflects Lana’s achievements but also underscores the West Plains R-VII School District’s commitment to excellence in communications.
Her dedication and expertise have earned her the reputation of a seasoned professional in school PR. Known for her generosity in sharing knowledge and time, Lana has been actively involved in mentoring her peers. Throughout her career, Lana has demonstrated outstanding leadership within MOSPRA, having served as its President. She has played a pivotal role in guiding numerous members and assisting districts across the state in enhancing their own communication strategies.
The recognition took place at the awards banquet during the MOSPRA Spring Conference, held on March 20th at Lake Ozark, Missouri.
