It was a very frustrating weekend for the St. Louis Cardinals as they hosted the National League Central Leading Milwaukee Brewers.  On Friday night the Cardinals scored a run in the bottom of the ninth inning to tie the score 1-1 but gave up a run in the 10th and lost 2-1.  On Saturday the Cardinals jumped out to a 4-2 lead but the Brewers exploded for 12 runs and beat St. Louis 12-5.  On Sunday the Cardinals had many opportunities to score but could not come up with a clutch hit and waste another excellent start from Sonny Gray and lost 2-0.  Gray gave up two runs but struck out 12 batters.  The Cardinals take on the defending National League Champions the Arizona Diamondbacks for three games starting tonight at Busch Stadium in St. Louis.
