The Howell County Sheriff’s Department has issued a call to action to the public regarding a missing person in the Junction Hill area near West Plains. You can read the unedited release below.

Donna Wilbanks was just reported missing today and was last seen 05/13/2024 at approximately 11:00 am in the 7000 block of East Highway 160 in West Plains near Junction Hill School.. Mrs. Wilbanks wears glasses and has dementia so she may be confused.
