West Plains, MO. – One man from West Plains has received criminal charges after an overturn crash that occurred on Saturday, May 18th.
Henry Malachi, 20 of West Plains, was the driver of a Dodge Dart, traveling northbound on County Road 6540, when he traveled off the roadway, struck a fence, and overturned the vehicle. This information comes from the crash report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Troop G.
The vehicle was totaled, and Malachi received only minor injuries in the accident. Malachi additionally received criminal charges as a result of the crash and investigation, which includes Driving While Intoxicated, Visibly Intoxicated, and Careless and Imprudent Driving Involving an Accident.
