Fulton County, MO. – A man from Fulton County is facing additional charges after reportedly making homicidal threats during a therapy session.
On May 22, the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to a local health clinic after getting a call about a person making homicidal threats. The deputies got in contact with the therapist who stated 55-year-old Bryon Hill was talking about his thoughts of ten different scenarios on how he could kill an individual without leaving any evidence or getting caught. During the session, Hill also made detailed threats on how he would kill his daughter’s ex-husband.
Hill had just been released from Sharp County Jail for violating a protection order. Court records show that Hill pled guilty on May 6 to violation of the order and during that case the Judge made the protection order a lifetime order.
Hill was charged with 1st-degree terroristic threatening and one felony count of violation of a protection order. He was released on a $5,000 bond.
