Marion County, AR. – A third Disaster Recovery Center, or DRC, is open today in Summit, AR. to help Arkansans who were impacted by the severe storms and tornadoes that occurred back in late May.
This new Disaster Recovery Center has been announced as being open at the Marion County Fairgrounds, 513 East Seawell in Summit, AR.
Hours of operation for this DRC will be from 8am to 6pm, and residents from Baxter, Benton, Boone, Fulton, Greene, Madison, Marion, and Randolph counties can seek assistance. Officials with FEMA, the US Small Business Administration, the Arkansas Division of Emergency Management, and other state agencies are expected to have a presence.
Those who require assistance in recovery after the storms can visit the DRC with no appointment in order to file for help in recovery. FEMA may also be contacted by dialing 800 621 3362.
