Ozark Healthcare Starts New Program To Recruit Students Right Out Of High School

West Plains, MO. – Ozark Healthcare started a program that allows them to recruit local students for healthcare professions right out of high school. This program is called the Inside Track Career Pathways Program.

The program connects students to training programs through local universities, colleges, and other training opportunities. The Inside Track Program will give students interested in this profession training and a guaranteed job at Ozark Healthcare. Candidates for this program will be supported with scholarships and tuition reimbursement by the communities they will soon care for with the job at OZH.

The program supports the clinical healthcare position and many other career positions throughout the healthcare industry. This includes Clinical positions (Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Certified Nursing Assistant, Pharmacy Technician, Surgical Technician, Phlebotomist, and Behavioral Health Support), Business Positions (Accountant, Medical Coding Specialist, and Patient Accounts Specialist), and non-degree or certificate positions (Biller, Crisis Stabilization Center Client Support Tech, Crisis Stabilization Peer Support Specialist, Cook, Core Scheduling Specialist, Environmental Service Aide, Family Support Provider, Laundry Aide, Mailroom Clerk, Office Assistant, Registration Clerk, and Bio Med Technician).
