Dear MFA Customer,

We are making some changes in your area in the near future and want you to understand how MFA is aligning assets and personnel to continue serving you.

After reviewing operations in the area, we have decided to close West Plains MFA Agri Services on August 31, 2024. The decision comes after careful analysis of marketplace changes in the trade area and an assessment of how investing in operations will deliver the most impact. The process included preparing plans for customers in the area, focusing on sales, service, and the partnerships we have built with your farming operations.

The physical assets at West Plains Agri Services have reached the end of their practical service life. Bulk feed operations for West Plains customers will transition to the Mountain Grove feed mill, and fertilizer needs will be sourced from the MFA fertilizer plant in Cabool. Bagged feed and farm supplies are available at our Willow Springs location. We appreciate the West Plains community and are committed to leaving the property in better condition than when we acquired it.

Please understand that this change is being made to strengthen our company and better position our assets for future success. We are very confident that the employees at the nearby MFA location will go above and beyond to ensure our customers continue to have the best possible service.

With best regards,

Darren Scheets
