1. Resolution 2024-23 – A resolution of the City of West Plains, Missouri authorizing the utilities director to execute an extension agreement with BlueMark Energy, LLC for the purchase of natural gas for generators.

Ordinances

1. Bill 4775 to become Ordinance 4775 – Second Reading. An ordinance providing for the levying and collection of a tax for the general revenue fund within the City of West Plains, Missouri for the year 2024, upon all real, personal and mixed property within the corporate limits of the City of West Plains, Missouri subject to taxation.
