West Plains, MO. – Have you ever wished that your middle school kids could have an easier time finding books for their age group? In a recent Facebook post from the West Plains Public Library, they made a new announcement that could affect many kids in a good way.
The West Plains Public Library is in the process of adding a new section to its library for middle-grade students. It should be ready by the end of the year. They are asking the public to be patient with them as they transition their facilities over to their new department. Grades Pre-K through 4th, 5th through 8th, and 9th through 12th will each have their own sections in the library once everything is completed.
They also announced that they are rearranging some shelving and this project. This involves some staining of shelves, new fiction will now be located near the old reference desk.
