Mountain Home Woman Succumbs To Injuries Sustained In Crash

Mountain Home, AR. – A local woman from Mountain Home has died from injuries sustained in a one-vehicle crash last week.

According to the Arkansas State Police, 71-year-old Pamela Foreman was driving on Arkansas Highway 5 on September 12, 2024. As she approached Spring Road, she reportedly failed to navigate a left-hand curve, causing her vehicle to run off the road. The vehicle then struck a culvert, resulting in serious injuries.

At the time of the crash, which occurred at 11:21 a.m., the weather was described as cloudy but dry, according to the police report.

Foreman was pronounced dead a week later at CoxHealth Medical Center South in Springfield.
