Thomas Albert Myers, 72, of Theodosia, MO passed away September 27, 2024 at his residence. He was born April 13, 1952 in Pensacola, Fl to Lehman and Francis (Hatch) Myers.
Thomas grew up in Pensacola before joining the military at age eighteen. He served four years in the United States Marine Corps. After his service to his country, Thomas spent most of his working career as a tool & die maker until his retirement.
He met Nobuku Higuchi at Charis Bible College in Woodland Park, CO and the couple were married on January 13, 2018. A year later they moved to the Ozarks and made their home near Theodosia, MO. Thomas enjoyed the outdoors and riding motorcycles, and he loved talking about Jesus! He was loved and will be missed by his family and friends.
He is survived by his wife Nobu Myers of Theodosia; two sons Noah Myers Sr and wife Janet of Marietta, GA, Joshua Myers and wife Janie of Breaux Bridge, LA; seven grandchildren: Noah Myers Jr, James Myers, Christopher Myers, Nathaniel Myers, Kayla Myers, Ethan Myers, and Anna Myers.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, October 2, 2024 in the Clinkingbeard Funeral Home chapel, Gainesville, MO. Visitation will be Wednesday afternoon from 1 p.m. to service time. Burial will be 9 a.m. Thursday, October 3, 2024 in the Missouri Veteran’s Cemetery in Springfield, MO. Arrangements are under the direction of Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Gainesville, MO.
