Willow Springs, MO. – The Willow Springs Arts Council are excited to announce an upcoming concert including the Southern Ozarks Community Orchestra called Spooktacula VII, taking place at the Star Theater.
This Halloween-themed concert will happen next Saturday, October 19th, and will show off members of the orchestra in costume playing music from various well-known movies and series. This year’s concert includes “Once Upon a Midnight Grimm” by Paul McGraw, “Highlights from Wicked” by Stephen Schwartz, “Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald” by James Howard, “Godzilla” by Alex Desplat, “Sorcerer’s Apprentice” by Paul Dukas, “A Rockin’ Halloween” by Michael Story, and more.
Organizers are encouraging those who attend to come in costume. The concert will start at 7pm, and tickets cost $10 for those aged 13 and up. Those 12 and under get in free.
