A 38-year-old West Plains man was injured in a one-vehicle crash on Highway 142 near Couch. The Missouri State Highway Patrol tells Ozark Radio News that the man drove his vehicle off of the roadway and overturned. He was taken by Oregon County Ambulance to Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains for treatment.
