Benita Waylene Campbell

Benita Waylene Campbell, daughter of the late Wayne and Aletta Brown Williams, was born April 30, 1958 in Van Buren, MO and passed away December 16, 2024 in Poplar Bluff, MO at the age of 66 years. On October 4, 1994 she was united in marriage to Wayne Campbell in Doniphan, MO.

She was a member of the Wilderness Freewill Baptist Church and a Teacher’s Aid/Bus Driver at Doniphan Head Start. Her greatest joy came from caring for her fur babies and spending time with family and friends.

She is survived by her husband Wayne Campbell of Wilderness, MO; one step-daughter, Courtney Cox of Sikeston, MO; one sister, Rose and husband Lynn Reynolds; three brothers, Kenneth Williams and wife Melody, Dennis Williams and wife Karen, and Eric Williams and wife Amanda; all of Doniphan, MO. She is also survived by four nieces, Lynsey Reynolds, Natalie and husband Steven Bland, Myranda Reynolds, and Sady Williams; four nephews; Nick Williams and wife Jerri, Jeff Williams, Tim Williams and wife Candice, and Noah Williams; eight great-nieces, Makayla Jennings, Hattie Williams, Emma Bland, Alayna Williams, Amelia Williams, Allie Williams, Hadlee Williams, and Taylor Williams; four great-nephews, Ethan Williams, Blake Williams, Kendrick Williams, and Caleb Bland; as well as numerous extended family and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will be 10:00-11:00 am, Friday, December 20th, 2024 at Wilderness Freewill Baptist Church with services to follow at 11:00 am. Officiating will be Bro. Cody Buckner.

Burial will be in the Wilderness Cemetery under the direction of Clary Funeral Home Alton, MO.
