A Gassville man is sentenced to six years in prison for negligent homicide and second-degree battery in connection with a crash in 2023 that killed a Yellville woman. Tapanga Maxwell was a passenger in the vehicle that was hit by Jason Boisclair’s car, after it crossed the center line on Highway 62/412 near Gassville. He was found to have marijuana and a muscle relaxer in his system at the time of the crash.
