Court records show that a case review is scheduled for January 22 for Christopher Lindley of Thayer. Lindley is charged in Oregon County Circuit Court with First Degree Murder and Armed Criminal Action. On April 10, 2021, at approximately 5:15 a.m., a male subject entered the Snappy Mart Convenience Store in Koshkonong, Missouri, and shot four people. One individual died at the scene and the remaining three were critically injured.
A mental evaluation was submitted for Lindley in November. The case review will take place in Dent County Circuit Court.
