Fulton County Man Arrested For Domestic Assault And Terroristic Threatening

Fulton County, AR. – On January 11, 2025, 28-year-old Lee Dailey of Fulton County was arrested following a domestic assault. He is now facing a felony charge of terroristic threatening, a misdemeanor charge of first-degree criminal mischief, and a charge of third-degree assault on a family or household member.

According to the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to a call from the victim regarding a domestic assault. The victim reported that Dailey had headbutted her after accusing her of infidelity. He then allegedly took her Apple Series 6 iPhone watch, valued at approximately $800, and smashed it, leading to a criminal mischief charge for property damage.

Children were reportedly present when Dailey threatened the victim, stating he would “slit her throat” before leaving to retrieve a gun from another room. During this time, the victim took the children and left for work before filing a report with the sheriff’s office.

Deputies later contacted Dailey at his home, where he was taken into custody. He was placed on suicide watch after reportedly making several suicidal statements. Dailey was booked into the Fulton County Detention Center and was subsequently released on a $5,000 bond.
