A Winona man is sentenced to life in prison in a plea agreement in Howell County Circuit Court. Dustin K. Johnston admitted to having sexual conduct with a 12-year-old girl in 2023. While Johnston had faced a total of 36 counts of varying sexual misconduct charges, the plea agreement reduced the number of charges to just one- first degree statutory rape. Johnston admitted that his relationship with the girl included the exchange of gifts and money for sexual favors.
