West Plains, MO. –This morning, the West Plains Police Department provided details on a narcotics-related search warrant executed yesterday. One man was arrested during the operation.
The search took place at a residence on Joe Jones Boulevard. Thomas Flannagan, a resident of the property, was taken into custody due to multiple active arrest warrants related to drugs and probation violations. He is currently being held on these warrants.

A search of the home uncovered Fentanyl and various pieces of drug paraphernalia associated with both Fentanyl and Methamphetamine use.
A probable cause statement has not yet been finished, but will be submitted soon.
