A 76-year-old West Plains woman was seriously injured in a single-vehicle crash on State Route 17, ten miles south of West Plains. The Missouri State Highway Patrol tells Ozark Radio News that the woman’s car ran off the highway and struck multiple road signs and a fence. She was flown to Cox South in Springfield for treatment.
