The Friends of the Garnett Library will hold their monthly meeting from noon to 1 p.m. on Friday, March 14, at the newly opened Neurodiversity and Autism Center, located at 607 W. Main St.
This month’s meeting will feature Mikala King, director of the autism transition program, as the guest speaker. King will also provide attendees with a guided tour of the new facility, offering insight into the center’s programs and services.
Lunch will be served at the meeting for $10 per person, payable at the door. Those who plan to eat are asked to make a reservation by calling 417-255-7940 or emailing FriendsofGarnettLibrary@MissouriState.edu by Monday, March 10.
